Schedule An Appointment

Appointments are available in person or virtually (by phone or Zoom). You may call our office at 626-585-7273 to schedule an appointment or you may walk into our office (Located D-203). Our staff will need the following information:

  • 你的名字
  • Lancer ID number
  • Optional: If you would like a call from a staff member, please leave a phone number & your availability.

Once you have scheduled an appointment, you may be asked to complete documentation prior to the start of the appointment. Our front desk staff will help you complete the process. 

Cancelling/Rescheduling Your Appointment

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, 

  • Please call at 626-585-7273 or email at personalcounseling@joyerianicaragua.com at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment time.
  • Running Late: Please contact the Personal 咨询 office if you are running late for your appointment. You will be considered a no-show if you are more than 15 minutes late, but it is always best to contat your provider to let them know.

Eligibility

To be eligible for Personal 咨询 services, you must be currently enrolled 和 attending a credit class 在PCC.

If you are only enrolled in noncredit classes, you are not eligible to receive on-going Personal 咨询 在PCC's Colorado Campus. Please contact the Foothill Campus' 咨询 office for more information. The Personal 咨询 staff is available for a one-time assessment 和 referral session during a walk-in time.

PCC offers an Employee Assistance Program (EAP). A brochure describing the EAP is available through Human 资源. If you are an employee 和 would like a referral to a private licensed mental health practitioner, you may request a meeting with one of our psychologists to receive one.
